Chili Powder – 2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
Fennel Seeds – 2 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Dry Mango Powder – 1 ½ tsp
Salt - to taste
Baby onions peeled – 25-30
Oil – 3 tbsp
In a bowl mix chili powder, coriander powder, fennel seeds, dry mango powder, jeera and salt and keep aside.
On baby onions make cross slits with knife and stuff with the prepared masala mixture.
Heat the oil in a pan, add the stuffed onions and cook over a slow flame for 8-9 minutes till the onions are soft and lightly browned.
Serve hot with any dal and paratha.
