Ingredients :

  • White guard - 1/4 kg

  • Yam - 1/4 kg

  • Carrot - 1

  • Beans - 4

  • Raw banana - 1

  • Brinjal - 1

  • Potato - 1

  • Curd - 1/4 litre

  • Green Chilies - 4

  • Coconut Oil -1 tsp

  • Curry leaves

  • Coconut - 1/2

  • Turmeric powder - a pinch

Method :

  • Boil the vegetables with salt and turmeric powder with little water.

  • Remove the excess water.

  • Make a paste of grated coconut and green chilies. The paste should not be too fine.

  • Mix the paste with the vegetables and bring to boil.

  • Add curd and simmer it for 2 minutes. Remove from fire and add coconut oil/refined oil and curry leaves.

  • Serve it with rice and chapatis.
