Spinach, chopped (dry) – ½ cup
Coriander leaves, chopped – ½ cup
Kasoori Methi – ½ cup
Paneer cubes – 100 gms
Flour – 2 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Lime Juice – 2tsp
Boiled and mashed Potato – ½ kg
Bread Crumbs – 2 tbsp
Mix all ingredients except paneer.
Mix salt and chilly powder to paneer and make equal number of big balls.
Make smaller balls from potato mixture and fill in each paneer roll.
Coat with papad powder or semolina (suji).
Deep fry and serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
