Murgh Kebab

Ingredients :

  • Chicken - 500 gm

  • Ginger Chili Paste 2 tsp

  • Garlic Paste- 2 tsp

  • Vinegar - 2 tsp

  • Salt to taste

  • Curd cup

  • Cream 1 cup

  • Egg 1 pc

  • Cheese 1 cube

  • White Pepper to taste

  • Salt to taste

  • Green Chilly

  • Coriander powder

  • Lemon Juice a few drops

  • Onion Rings for garnishing

Method :

  • Marinate the chicken in ginger-garlic-chili paste, lemon and vinegar for an hour.

  • Then add curd, cream, eggwhite, green chili and again marinate for 1 hour.

  • Then grease each chicken pieces.

  • Cook it in the Grill Mode in the Microwave for 12 minutes.

  • Serve hot with Green Chutney and onion ring .
