Chapati Bhel

Ingredients :

  • Chapatis - 2

  • Green Chili(finely chopped) - 1

  • Tomato (finely chopped) 1 small

  • Onion (finely chopped ) 1 medium

  • Peanuts(roasted) 2 tbsp

  • Aaloo Bhujiya 3 tbsp

  • Tamarind Chutney 3 tbsp

  • Coriander Chutney 3 tbsp

  • Chili Powder 1 tsp

  • Coriander leaves(finely chopped) 1 tbsp

  • Salt to taste

Method :

  • Take the chapatis, could be fresh or even leftover.

  • Heat a griddle & roast the chapatis. The chapatis should be crisp.

  • After the chapatis are cooked, let them cool.

  • Now crush the chapatis into small pieces, add salt, tomato, onion, chili powder, chopped green chilis, peanuts, aaloo bhujiya, both the chutnies & mix well.

  • Now sprinkle coriander leaves to garnish & serve in a platter.
