Maida Kheer

Ingredients :

  • Maida (refined flour)- 100 gms

  • Milk - 1/2 litre

  • Water - little

  • Sugar - 100 gms

  • Salt - a pinch

  • Cashew - 10 gm

  • Currants - 10 gms

Method :

  • First make a hard dough of maida and water. Make small rice size balls of it.

  • Then put this under fan to become hard.

  • Then boil water and put this rice made out of maida to boiled water, salt and immediately strain it.

  • Then boil the milk, put sugar, then fry the nuts and currants and put to the boiled milk

  • Then put the strained and boiled maida rice to it.

  • Keep boiling for some time.

  • Then cool it to the desired temperature.

  • Your kheer is ready.
